CTFO just launched a new product and I have already placed my order. I am excited for 2 reasons. The first is going to sound strange which is I don't like taking pills. The second reason is that I am tired of the yo-yo. I lost 10-12 lbs and was going good on a low carb/keto friendly diet until I got a hold to some oreo pancakes from IHOP and a year later those pounds I lost gradually came back. And people still say... you look like you are losing weight but the heavy breathing from the front of the house to the back says different. So I am giving this a try. I have worked from home for the last 5 years, quit smoking the year before that and before I let this get any worse I am going to do something about it!
